A few(too many to call it a few.. thank you so much all! Wataru, Ryoya, Hisa, Hazuki, Ai, Ken :),
Ayako, Ayaka, Tatsu, Kenichiro, Genki and Taka!) of close people got together in Hamamatsu
for us the night before our Hamanako wedding.
It was at a very special hidden local place where it could only take up to about 12ish people.
Later on, we found ourselves having a difficult time moving around... but it also got better
as people were getting more drunk. ;)

Some of my favorite people in Japan made it from far far away such as

  • Yokohama: Thank you Genki! I know you are very busy always but I hope you had some fun time getting out from your busy life. I knew you wanted to spend more time with people and us and I felt so bad for being too sleepy and tired... Next time Genki, I will make sure we stay up all night with you! Remember what I said? I said there aren't many men like you in this world. It is very hard to come by a young man like you with such a great and pure heart, people don't believe such a guy exist any more... Please do not lose it and do not give in to this seemingly harsh and unfair world. I believe, I truly believe good things happen to good people and good hearts. You deserve a big fat great awesome happiness, goodness, good people and good love!
  • Osaka: I couldn't believe you said you would come and you DID come! You impressed me by being such an amazing person who keeps his word small or big, silly or serious no matter what. :) I feel very happy some of my great people have met each other in reality, not just in my imagination and might be building a good friendship but I also feel really jealous that you can meet Ai and Ayako so much more easily! You lucky man! Thank you Kenichiro for granting my silly but big wish and also for getting 990 on your TOEIC... I believe I passed on some good luck of mine? but then thinking again, you didn't need it any way. :)
  • Kyoto: Ai, finally.... I thought that would only happen in my dream to meet up with you...How many days and nights was I bothering you asking when you would be able to come visit Vancouveror when we would be able to meet up... I am so sorry it did not last as long as I wanted when you came all the way to just see me. I am not kidding when I say I might just run away one day, and pop up in Kyoto saying 'Ai! I am here! I wanna meet you!'... Just a warning in advance... Thank you so much for everything, still keeping in touch with me and making me never feel too far away from you, oh and also saving my day from having a catastrophic moment !
  • and Hiroshima: Ayako, I know it is very far but you said you would come and you DID come just like it was not a big deal and I can't say enough how happy and special you made me feel!! Even if you had complained all day that the trip was too long and troublesome, I would have been happy to see you but you never ever mentioned about your long trip and smile just like you were always there for me and it made me feel like I was someone so special and dear that day. I thought this might be what brides usually feel when they walk on the isle, hahah. You and Ai really made sure that I could remember that day as my  happy day and keep the smile on my face!

Thanks Hisa for this photo and Wataru for sharing a good moment with us, with a great smile!
I wish we had taken more photos with every each one of you guys... I never want to forget or lose any moment of this evening! :) I hope my next visit to Hamamatsu is not in too far future. :)
