(M-18) Mushroom Rice

I'm gonna write mushroom rice recipe for Haphy's mom.
This is my first time to write recipe so I try to take lots of photos.  I hope taste alright...

3 cups of rice

Wash and leave in the water while you cut mushrooms

Bunch of Shiitake mushroom

 Rid of stem with your fingers. Don't use knife when you rid of Shiitake's stem because knife can not rid of core.

Shimeji mushroom

Rid of stem wifh knife and then they become all separate.

1/3 cup of soy sauce,
1/3 cup of mirin,
1/3 cup of cooking sake (Japanese or Korean cooking sake is better)
1/2 table spoon of bonito stock

Put all ingredients on the pan

 Pan fry all mushrooms untill they shrink



Very less water than when you cook normal white rice

Add mushrooms

Set timer as same as when you cook white rice

Done!

 Mix it!

Eat!
